Places to eat in New Zealand

Delicious food can be hard to find, especially if you require a gluten-free diet.

Here are my thoughts on different restaurants and cafes to help in your pursuit of deliciousness.

Wellington

Deluxe - your best bet if you're looking for a rice milk latte
Flight Hangar - indulgent food and excellent coffee at my favourite hipster cafe
Great India - an inviting setting with mouth-watering food
Long Xiang - the sweetest Chinese restaurant in Wellington
Martha's Pantry - gluten-free high tea. So much to love
Miss Kangsta - tasty Seoul food in the most unexpected of places
Neo - gluten-free perfection with great low FODMAP options (including almond milk!)
Old George - simply the best coffee in town
Royal Thai - our favourite restaurant if we have something to celebrate
Scopa - authentic, exceptional Italian cuisine meets trendy Wellington style (they cater for low FODMAPs, too!)
Ti Kouka - the best place to go for tummy-friendly treats (complete with low FODMAP menu)

Palmerston North

Bethany's - where family fare meets fine dining
